Is my facial recognition data secure?

Absolutely! All biometric data is encrypted using advanced cryptographic algorithms. We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Your facial data is stored as mathematical embeddings, not actual images, providing an extra layer of security.

What types of vehicles can I list on SecuRent?

You can list bikes, cars, luxury cars, and loading vehicles. Each listing requires details like model, year, rental rate, description, and images. You can manage unlimited vehicles from your owner dashboard.

How does the rating system work?

After each rental, both owners and renters can rate each other and leave feedback. This builds trust within the community. Owners must complete a rating before finalizing a contract, ensuring accountability. All ratings are verified and cannot be deleted.

What documents do I need to register as a renter?

You'll need a valid driver's license (preferred), passport, or national ID card. Our OCR scanning automatically extracts information like your name, date of birth, and license number. A driver's license is recommended as it requires periodic renewal, keeping your information current.

What if I encounter a technical issue?
